Yapmış olduğum metal sac tekneyi sizlere göstermek istedim.Bakalım beğenecekmisiniz.

Üstadlar, 9 metreden küçük teknelerde malzemenin ağırlığı nedeniyle sacın uygun olmadığını söylerler/yazarlar. Ama sen yapmışsın, eline sağlık. Yalnız, fotoğraftan gördüğüm kadarıyla, içe boyadan başka bir kaplama yapmazsan o tekne, profil ve saç arasında kalan kısımlardan kısa zamanda paslanacak ve çürümeye başlayacak. Tabii boya altına ne kadar bir alt yapı yaptın bilemiyorum.

Şu an için bu haliyle yüzdürüyorum.Sudaki dengesini denemeden kalıcı birşeyler yapmak istemedim.Su da bulunduğum yere uzak götür getir biraz zahmetli .Sezon bitince kış kelmeden onu getirip kuru bir yerde kışı geçirtip inşallah boya altı malzemesini yapacağım.Artık ne uygun olursa......

6 metreden itibare şaç tekneler yapılıyor,tabiki tahta yada fiberden daha ağır oluyor,ama yapılmasında teknik yada mühendislik anlamında bir problem yok...kullanılan malzeme ve kaynak önemli..posta,omurga ve stringerler kesinlikle lama yada köşebent denilen içi dolu demir olmalı,profil bu iş için uygun değil..6-9 metre arası şaç tekne için st 37 denilen şaç kullanılmalı kaynakta gazaltı yöntemi olmalı...

tekne güzel. hayırlı olsun. yüzerken denge nasıl? bir de ikinci resimde teknenin arkasında bir motor görüyorum sanırım. ne tür bir motor kullandınız? ve ayıp olmazsa toplam masrafınız ne oldu? açıklayabilirmisiniz? ::)

Resimleri yükleyebildiğim kadarıyla yükledim.Biraz yavaş açılıyor.İnşllah olmuştur.Maliyet konusuna gelince sac kısmı 700 civarı oldu.Motor da tek silindirli 4 zamanlı benzinli tek motor.Motoru aldım.Arkasındaki pervane kısmını kendim yaptım.Motoru da 280 tl ye almıştım.Bir şanzuman kutusuvari bir kutuya yatakladım pervaneyi zincirle döndürüyor motor.İyi akşamlar.

Resimleri daha küçük boyutlu olarak images... sitesine yeniden yükledim. linklerin görüntülenmesi çok uzun zaman alıyordu. umarım bu defa daha kolay olur.

farkettim ki tekne, içinde ailece piknik yapabilecek genişlik ve rahatlıkta. ;D

Maliyet olarak 700 civarı metal aksamı tuttu.Motoru benzinli 4 zamanlı tek motor aldım.Pervane kısmını kendim yaptım.Zincirli bir sistem.Motorda 280 tl +pervane+zincir+dişliler derken 400 ü buldu.Dengesi resimde görüldüğü gibi problem yok.5 kişi rahatlıkla seyahat edebiliyor.

ve artık 14 güne yakın bir zaman içinde tamamlanan tekneyi ait olduğu yere suya kavuşturma zamanı geldi.

Motorun pervane kısmının yapılışı ile ilgili resim yok ama isterseniz dışarıdan resmini çekip koyabilirim.O kısım tamamen kendi tasarımım ve imalatım.Bu teknenin küreklerine kadar herşeyi metal.

Burada yorum yapan ve yaptığımız çalışmayı beğenen tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim.Ben tekne ustası falan değilim.Ayrıca bulunduğum yerde deniz yok.Baraj gölü var orasıda 15 km en yakın noktadan.Dolayısıyla tekneyi son işlemlerini yapmadan deneme şansım falan olmadı.Yaptık bitirdik ve suya götürdük zaten benim kafama takılan da sürekli yüzmesi ve sudaki dengesi oldu.İnanın bitirene kadar baya bi süre aklımdan çıkmadı.Bitirip bu haliyle suya bırakıp sudaki halini görünce derin bir oh çektim.Çünkü karada mükemmel görünen birşey suya indiğinde hüsranla bitebiliyor.Neyseki böyle birşey olmadı ve baya işimi görecek bir tekne oldu.Tabii kış gelince evin yanına getirip son işlemlerini yüzey kaplamasını falan yapacağım.Bu konuda arkadaşların yorumunu bekliyorum.Bu arada bir arkadaşım motoru nasıl yaptığımı sormuştu.Onun için resimleri çektim gönderdim.Teşekkürler.

gölde zaman,zaman kullanacagın ve ucuz maliyetlerle kendi yaptıgın tekneye binlerce dolar vererek marin motor alıncak durum yok :) ..bu durumda 10 bg civarı pancar-lombardini,solax-katana hava soğutmalı diesel motorlara bakacaksın..içlerinde en cefakarı balıkcıların anlatımıyla pancar motordur..pervane miline gelince yani saft yataklamada genellikle kaucuk kullanıyorlar,kestamit yada propilen denilen maddelerde kullanılıyor sızdırmazlıgıda saftın sanzımana baglanan ön tarafına salmastara baglanarak saglanıyor,bu konuda yeni uygulamalarda var,ermaksanın sitesinde mevcut..benim teorik olarak bildiğim bu umarım yardımcı olmusumdur.. :)

Motor kısmı sanırım tamamen sizin yapımınız. Basit bir eskiz de olsa resim olarak yüklemeniz mümkün müdür?

Tekneden çok motor bir harika olmuş.
İçten takma bir motor için omurga profili ölçüleri pek uygun değil herhalde ama siz ona da bir çözüm bulursunuz.

Kullandığım profil 30*20*1.5 sac ise 1.5 mm sac ağırlık ise tahminlerime göre 250 kg civarında tabi amatör bir tekne , gerçek tekne sacı ve profili kullanamadık.Dolayısıyla korozyon fazla miktarda oluyor.Metal teknenin bir dezavantajı ise bakımı.Ama denge falan çok güzel.Taşıma kapasitesine gelince ortalama 100 kişilik 6 kişi bindik çok güzel gitti .Şimdi bunu kalıba dönüştürüp bundan fiber tekne çıkarmayı düşünüyorum. Kurtcuklar beynimde dolanıp duruyor. Ya bu hastalığa nasıl yakalandık anlamadım.Ama inşallah onuda yapacağım.İnşallah.İnanıyorum yapacağıma.

Amatör ne yaparsa o olur..
koşulları,ekonomisi,ustalıgı çok yoktur..
saç teknede içi boş profil kullanılmaz..
I,U,T ve Düz lama kullanılır..yoksa korozyon kaçınılmaz olur..
